New York strip steak and bugs 250g $48, basted in Nduja butter, Hasselback potatoes, Moreton bay bug topper, red wine jus

San Louis Pork ribs $46, smoked whisky BBQ sauce, sweet potato wedges, green papaya salad

Cajun chicken and chorizo paella $46, green peas, sofrito, saffron rice, roasted tomato, aioli
