Seating up to 20 guests, our Private Dining Room is perfect for that extra special celebration.

Available for up 20 guests | from 5.30pm onwards

SNACK
Scallop & marsala doughnut, crème fraîche, kelp salt

ENTREE
Wood-roasted duck breast, pickled walnut, blueberry congee

REEF FISH
Butter poached Reef fish, peas, salmon roe, roast lettuce, Ibérico ham

WAGYU
Wagyu striploin 6+, pickled roasted onion, bone marrow, brioche crumb, bordelaise sauce

DESSERT
Yuzu parfait, salted caramel, malt crumb
