As part of Eat Local Month we are showcasing Tropical North Queensland’s produce with an exclusive menu celebrating local flavours.
Join us for a 7-course degustation dinner served on our Trinity Deck overlooking the marina.
Enjoy a menu specially curated by our Head Chef, Julian Hernandez, and inspired by the diverse range of products available on our doorstep.
Throughout the dinner he will explain the concept behind each dish and how it celebrates our region.
